altitude crash

help! im running altitude on a windows vista and i keep getting this error message when i try to run it


it keeps telling me that windows found a problem and will notify when a solution comes up. i tried reinstalling it 5 times and no success. can anyone help?
oh and i wouldnt ask for a bug report either

whats the error messege said? Try to submit bug report (or u can post ur log here i think). Run altitude game, open console window the type /reportbug.
