What do you mean you can't access them?

I mean whenever I try to open the applications, they pretend to be open, bouncing on my dashboard, and then they disappear.

Omni,
open finder, then open your applications folder. Find the folder named "Altitude", open it. Find the folder named "log". Hold the control key down and click on the "log" folder. In the menu that opens, choose compress "log". In a few seconds a new file will appear called "log.zip" Email the file named "log.zip" to support@nimblygames.com
