Hi All,

Lvl 56, Happilly been playing for a few months. I'm taking a job in Korea next month and I am wondering if there will be any lag issues by playing from Korea. I've played on both my desk top and little acer netbook with no issues and hope that I will still be able to play from Korea..

It depends on the quality of internet you get in Korea, I don't know how easy it is to find good internet there. It was difficult to find good internet in China though.

However, geographically you will be far from the servers. Thomas and others in Germany experienced pings in the 100's and 200's playing on Altitude servers.

I also heard that Altitude is quite popular among Parisian youth. It's probably best to ask ryebone about that.

250ish ms from New Zealand and New Zealand's internet is as bad as Korea's is good.

I'm in korea now and I have the best internet connection available, you'll get about 180ms

Although, again, if you just host your own server and start popularizing the game locally you'll get excellent pings.

nah, there isn't enough stuff to grind or anything to buy, so they'll get bored when they get to level 60. Maybe if there was gear buying like in Gunbound, or maybe I don't know enough about Korean gamers.
