Rivals, Revenge kills, assist kills, etc.

So, I was playing, and i realized that there are components of the TF2 kill system that would work nicely on Altitude.

For instance, the idea of rivals would be cool, and that would open up for revenge kills.

Also, since assist goals in ball are allowed, assist kills would be interesting to see introduced.

Assist kills already exist - the middle gray number on the tab screen indicates your kill assists.
