Yes its like the tenth time I ask for this.

I just want to preset a couple of frequently used messages so I dont have to type and crash.

Not a bad idea.

1) Open team chat

2) Option + s

3) "Bomb is set"

I did this on Medal of Honor Allied assault like 6 years ago.

It was a one touch thing once you bound a message or action to a key. As a youngn then, all I used it for was spam, but it could certainly be useful in the hands of someone with more teamwork focused intentions.

Well, then all they'd have to do would is put a timer, so you can only send like 1 message per 1 second or whatever they feel neccessary. I'd actually find this helpful, because it's a pain in the bum, going from my controller to the keyboard to just type.

Yea, that would be a good idea, but voice chat would be better.

On Call of Duty you have this, you've got to open the console and type /bind <key> say <message>
and after you do, every time you press that button the message pops up.

It would have to be different for each game mode. For example, when playing TBD, you press 1 and it says "I have to bomb". But when playing Ball, you press one and it says "I have the ball". You see what I mean?
