Reasonable kick?

So on thursday june 4, 2010 i was enjoying a ladder game on the map locomotion when I was randomly kicked by Sunshineduck for no apparent reason I was not spectating but fully participating in the match and the vote passed so the rest of the game had to be played 4v4 because of the stupidity and ignorance of Sunshineduck. I feel this should be punished with a ban from the ladders for at least a week if not more. Im sure people will agree with me. Here are some screenshots of the text box after the game.

These pictures are of the kick and before it to show that i was indeed in the game and active. You can see me talking to other players about strategy and gameplay. So please Nobo, Please Rye do something about this ladder abuse. Because no matter how much someone is disliked he still deserves to play equally as long as he was following ladder rules and regulations which i was.

Umm, look at the pictures, those people never play ladder (Sia,macskeptic,goalkper7,Pikachu,wick,Men'N'Black ,O'blaze etc.)
