Secret ballot voting!

Make it so when people vote. it is a secret ballot. so no one can see who you voted for and what you voted for and you dont have to be harrassed for your beleifs!

Oh, you mean within thread polls? I think that's just a function of vBulletin. Karl/Lam may be able to configure it differently, but you probably won't see this changed unless there is overwhelming support in your favor. Moral of the story -- don't vote of you are afraid of persecution.

Thread polls can have anonymous voting. He doesn't want to people to see what he voted in-game (from the console).

I disagree. People should be able to see who voted yes and no, and ask them why on an obvious decision why they did that. Like when we are trying to scrim on a server like aleague, and a spectator keeps voting no to starttourney, then we should be able to see who and ask that person why.
