A small structure in TBD that would generate a constant shield in a fixed direction, determined by the map author. You'd have to get in close or behind to deal damage (like with those other shields) in order to damage/destroy it. MapEd options could allow for rotation/size of the structure, rotation of the shield, radius of the shield, and how wide of an angle it covers.
It'd be up to the map author to put them in spots that aren't super broken (not right next to the base, not shielding a group of 50 turrets).
