When someone wants to kick player, he just print vote kick nickname in console. But after that 3/4 times he should name reason, or votes fails.
So,my first suggestion is improve command to
vote kick "nickname" "reason"
And second. Because voting dont wait when everyone vote, just accure number of votes, which enough to count persentage, i find some interesting fact.
So, there is an example. My team - "green" - has a very baed player, who camp bomb then run alone and drop it in center, this replies 3 or 4 times. I vote to kick him, but vote failed, because many players of other "yellow" team push 2, but everyone from my team push 1. I can see it in console.
So, there is my second suggestion.
Dont count votes of yellow team, only green votes, or count green votes x2/x3 and yellow x1.
