As for American teams, I'm not so inclined to scrim them if they refuse to play at least half the maps on Euro servers. I remember how much better we played against ///tv0 on EU servers so much so they immediately shifted all the next maps to a US server.

I'm going to talk to Dougie or someone about the next European Tournament where we play on all EU servers. We have now LF, WoF, arr and AIR servers all of them dedicated servers in Germany, Germany, god knows where and Germany respectively (hetzner.de). So they are not some cheapo laptop running a server copy of altitude.

Also I think we now have LF, AIR, {arr}, WoF and FC, FT as active euro teams. Enough to start a Euro Cup .. nah.. screw it World Cup Played on EU servers.

BTW, Yday {arr} beat {WoF} with similar scores like us, so either {arr} got a lot better or {WoF} had a bad day or LF have gotten a bit better.... or it was just coincidence and we still suck :D

But honestly I think our team's got a bit better since we started, we still need LOTS of practice with real clans (randoms don't present a good picture of our level at all).

Maybe.. but I didn't notice (the football servers are always full, AIR EU and {arr} is full) which was how it is since I started with Altitude.

But I no longer like pubs. I like ladder (though it has it's own set of problems) simply because unless you play with people a lot better than you (which is in my case) you can't improve :)

And the biggest advantage of ladder is "spec chat". But yeah Ladder does have it's own problems, but at the moment for me, I prefer scrimming with LF (hell yeah) or ladder.

It depends... There are weekdays I am available in that timeframe but there are days I'm not. The same applies for the weekend. Most of the time I will be avalaible. Except on Thursdays when I'm never available, unless it's a holiday :P

You cant be busy playing l4d2, because if you will play with PUG, always someone will be laggy/leaving midmap/being dumb. Or worst setup. You finally earn good team, but someone said - sryguiseigtg. And you get retard, who screw all. SO you become tired of replays and deaths after 1-2 hours.

The best way to organize scrims is make sure we have 6 or more people confirmed & then inform other team(s) about it, but this never happens to us because I don't ever remember the last time 6 of us confirmed on the forums. This makes it impossible for me to organize scrims with teams because until the last moment I have no idea who will show up or not.

In such short notice and I still see only 5 confirmed now, I'm not going to contact other teams and face the embarrassment of only 1 or 2 actually showing up.

Unfortunately, we will have to scrim randoms as & when we show up until we learn to commit times better.

@Ducky: Don't make a habit of "call me when you scrim". Seriously, it's annoying whether I or other LFians need to specifically contact you on Steam. How difficult is it to stop L4d2 and open Altitude at a given time? You're ONLINE FFS, use an Alarm clock if you have to.

Fraps cant record in a single video for some reason, not only with me, for everybody and i will need to upload a HUGE single file and if i were to make it a single file i would have to edit it in a video editor program and compress it.
