Error with new installer: Cannot play

I uninstalled and re-installed Altitude with the new installer located at this link (http://vapor.nimblygames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11). When i run the program, i see the awesome loading image of the red bomber, but the program doesn't do anything afterwards... it doesn't even say that its not responding. I attached the error message that appeared in the altitude folder. Please help me!

Looks strange. Are you sure your video drivers are installed? Do other fullscreen games work? It would help to know your OS, video card, display resolution, and display refresh rate.

I'm running vista with a nvidia graphics card and 1200 by 800 res with 60fps refresh rate or something like that.

if running vista check the rights / premissions which are given to the altitude folder and files

Its not that, i opened all permissions to all things once i started the computer up.

Found out the problem. Folder was in Read Only mode for no apparent reason....
