So, like an hour ago I decide to become a Rank 1 Ace, but the only times I have gotten XP was for completing the tutorials, and on official servers. I can't get XP from skirmishes or non official...

It would have to be different for each game mode. For example, when playing TBD, you press 1 and it says "I have to bomb". But when playing Ball, you press one and it says "I have the ball". You see...
