Ping kicks

I keep getting high-ping kicked from servers, I am used to play in games that got limited latency that kick players after it's breached and I am never one of those "laggers", It happens only in Altitude, and actualy when the server kick me I don't feel any ping problem and I don't see my ping rising when I press the Scoreboard button!
I would really love to buy the game but I can't play a game that i get kicked of it's servers every few minutes / seconds.
Edit: another things, in the last few days the game love getting stuck at the login, at the part "sending login credentials", and then it goes to a login error messege.
I cheaked my Firewall and Altitude isn't blocked, and I opened the Altitude port on my router.
Can anyone help me with this?
If a solution is found I will gladly buy the game.
