Bug Report: Remembered Password Doesn't Work!

On my PC, I can't connect to the account server to create a new account. I created a new account on another computer in the same network and it works fine. So, I logged in on the first computer and it worked!

But, I can't login using the saved password. Instead, I get the error message which tells me to try again in five minutes. Retyping the password allows me to login without any problems, and if I switch users and login again, the saved password works. Exiting the game and running it again makes the problem reappear.

I don't know if it's related, but I tried using the in-game bug reporter and it can't connect either. This was when I was already logged in.

Firewalls are turned off and there's no exotic security software installed.
