Default Patch: July 28th, custom server options

New Server Console Command: testDisableWeaponMode -- 0 = all weapons enabled, 1 = disable primary weapons, 2 = disable secondary weapons, 3 = disable all weapons
New Server Console Command: testHealthModifier <modifier%> - planes spawn with modified health

Updated Server Console Command: startTournament - now works with FFA and other maps that don't have exactly 2 teams
Updated Server Console Command: overrideSpawnPoint - bug fix: <angle> parameter now uses the range (-180,180)

testGravityMode specific adjustments:
    plane gravity disabled:
        afterburners are now more effective at breaking stalls
        stationary plane corpses now drift
    ball gravity disabled:
        ball now experiences additional drag at all velocities

Thanks Lam! I updated my server code to add options for the weapon mode and health modifier, and it is working good. I also updated the override spawn to allow downward facing spawns, and it works great now.

How is the testHealthModifier implemented? It seems to work as I would expect for weapon fire, turrets, etc. But, walls seem to do the same percentage of damage as they would otherwise.

It seems like crashing must take a % of total heath away. I don't think it is a big deal at least for my usage. I'm only expecting to use it for specific maps, so damage modifier can be changed for the maps in editor if needed.
