The demo feels like a f2p to me.

Because it actually is a demo, not a free to play game.

The demo is already listed on Steam as a demo: http://store.steampowered.com/app/41300/

Also, you can't actually buy any game that's listed as free to play (obviously), so people could click on a free to play version of Altitude and never be aware that they could actually buy a full version of Altitude.

F2P survive on microtransactions. This game has a single microtransaction of loadout unlocks. Its a simple concept that the majority of F2P players are aware of.

F2P isn't a bad model for increasing a userbase size.

So have it labeled a F2P game rather than a demo of a full game?

btw i would assume people will see the other perks that they can't unlock unless they buy the full game.

yes, i would like it to be in f2p, just because i would love to see crowded altitude servers. i wanna see altitude listed in store.steampowered.com/stats top 100 games. anyways i own this awesome game on steam, like tf2 and HoN make previous users who bought the game as premium accounts and proceed with micro transactions.
and one more suggestion from my side is that these "free weekends" on steam doesn't help much. a 50% off or 75% off if possible for one or two days at times, gives boost to the user base. terraria game doing the same whenever they drop down from top 10 games list in steam stats and the game receiving a huge push up. thanks
