First of all, thanks for the German servers, now I can play with a far better ping.

One thing is a bit troublesome, in my opinion is the player limit too high. Is it possible to create one with a lower limit?

Sure, just create your own but make the max number of players lower
Its all down to the individual creators of the servers.
