Default tbd_scrapyard discussion

The main issue at hand is that this map is "too open", leading to explodets being underpowered here.

However, I argue that this is actually a good thing and that having a map in which explodets are only marginally useful is good when in the large majority of the maps multiple explodets are a near requirement to win. I'm also quite sure that there are other maps on the ladder in which certain planes are underpowered .

If there is a reason why the openness of this map causes bad gameplay in general, please discuss it here.

0 problems with this map imo.

Its different and suits a different plane comp then most maps, nothing wrong just some whale QQ it sounds like

I highly doubt that explodets are completely useless in this map. At worse they are probably as bad as say, biplanes are in lostcity.

I like the map in general and agree that it should also become official. However I've been feeling a certain disdain toward it lately and I wasn't sure why. I think maybe it's that the bases are too close to each other, making lobbing from the top useless? I think this map should be made a bit longer for optimal play
