Unused Registration Code

When I bought Altitude, I never received my registration code. Because I have no idea how to control my spending, I then bought it on Steam instead and never bothered getting a refund for the first purchase. Is there any reason I couldn't just give that code to someone else so they can use it? Nothing against it in the TOS, etc? And I'd like to make sure doing so wouldn't reveal any personal information to whoever I gave the code to, also.

Codes can only be used once per account. We don't restrict what account you tie your key to.

Giving your key to someone will not reveal any personal information about you... We don't even have personal information about you only PayPal does (We know your name and email).
