Ok this is my first post but i have been having a problem with going to offline games. I posted a question in Yahoo answers but got no reply. thought i might have better luck here. heres what i put in yahoo.
How do I do a training/offline match in Altitude? Every time I try to do a training match or an offline match in Altitude, there is an error message that says: Server Creation Failed org.jdom.input.JDOMParseException: Error On Line 1: Content is not allowed in prolog. I already know how to play, I just want to get the Steam achievements and XP for doing them. I have not deleted it and re-installed Altitude because I am in the process of downloading a few games right now. If there is anything I can do besides deleting it so that I can do offline and training rounds that would be helpful. Also I forgot to say I had the demo version of Altitude and got that error, then I bought it this weekend and thought the error would go away but it didn't. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...6124531AAU0v8Y heres the link, if you could answer there because my confirmation email went to spam. if not thats ok. |

Verifying integrity in Steam should cause only the damaged files to be re-downloaded:
Steam Games Library -> Right Click Altitude -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache |

If offline mode works for the standalone version it should work for the Steam version too. Please submit a bug report (include a link to this thread in the description) when the crash occurs and I'll take a closer look.

OK -- start up the game normally and submit a bug report (F1 to open console, reportBug, submit) and I'll take a look.

Weird. Please zip up all the files in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\altitude\log and email them to support@nimblygames.com

Side note, in offline you can only compleate the training mission achievements. You need to play online if you want the ones which require killing other planes.
