Default Admin can read teamchat

Suggestion: server admin can read teamchat, but only if they are spectating and there isn't a tournament running.

Well specs can read their own team chat, but not the player's team chats.

I see no reason for this to be necessary.

I agree with the words above. This doesn't seem to be important and if an admin plays he will be able to see the strategy, where to clear, if they push and other things from the other team.

Although this may be true for tournament games (which he clarified), I really can't recall any sort of tactical gameplay or use of team chat in a public server...ever. lol

If Karlam can find time for this (&& ifAdmin ?????), I think it should be done.

All the arguments of competitive play are null because they all happen in tournament mode!
