Well first off, Altitude is the one that tells you when your banned from any server, so it could be something with Altitude. Perhaps you could explain what happened, like you tried to join ladder and such and such happened? Like, a message window showed up but it didn't tell you how long you were banned or what?

As Ajuk said this is probably a problem with altitude and not with ladder. But either way you should probably post a screenshot that way we can get a better idea of what you're talking about.
