I've been banned from ladder for kicking kuja again by his butt buddy ingbo. 3 years is quite unjust, unban or don't, lemme kno what has been done.

Again? dont recall banning u before... Ive posted the ban on ladderadmins and told them not to let u into ladder again before u stopped vote kicking kuja every chance u got. Im not unrealistic enough to think ur gona do a 1000 day ban. The point of the ban was to show that until u shape up the way u behave and conduct urself, ur permabanned from ladder.

I havent been following the "ufo vote kicking kuja" discussion i was just told by "an admin" (dont wanna call him out he will prolly reveal himself here shortly anyways) that if ufo didnt stop this he would get permabanned from ladder, and since ufo obv has no intent whatsoever to stop this Im just speeding up the process.

I've warned you four times about kicking kuja. You told me you were done for reals after the last ban I gave you. I told you that this behavior is not allowed in ladder at all. Ingbo isn't out of line here. Vote kicking is completely and totally unacceptable - especially considering kuja has done nothing wrong. I'm not really sure what else to do with you in this instance. At the very least a 30 day ban is warranted because this your 5th(?) recorded attempt to kick kuja. A permaban until you change is not out of the picture though.

You are not only disrespecting ladder rules but you are disrespecting me. I've asked you to stop this behavior and you haven't.

I really have no idea what to do in this situation. I'm out of town for the weekend and can't really deal with stuff like this. (I'm typing it on my iPad) I trust the other admins will review this and deal with it accordingly.

I realize you're having a rough time but this is not the way to take that out.

I think a personal apology to kuja and involved admins (me, mike) etc + a ban period of whatever time (doesnt have to be longer than a normal 4th 5th offense ban or for however many times uve been banned so far) seems fair + if it happens again perma ban. I personally just want this redicilously unfunny behaviour to stop.

So here's the dealio -

The admins and I have discussed this and the ban will definitely be reduced. It was originally set so high to serve a point while further discussion was done.

Let me make this clear though: all future kicks from your account will result in you being permanently banned from ladder. There will be no discussion - no overturning - no anything. If you wish to continue to play on any ladder servers I strongly suggest you heed my advice.

Furthermore, disrespect towards admins is not tolerated. Just because you disagree with ingbo does not give you a right to insult him or mock him.

For this reason your ban will be set at 35 days. The combination of admin abuse and breaking of the rules numerous times has lead to this lengthy of a ban.

There should be a kuja clause added to ladder rules:

Vote-kicking for unnecessary reasons is not allowed.
Vote-kicking Kuja, specifically, will receive more punitive penalties.

Furthermore, federal action should be taken to protect Kuja from frequent kickers and drunk bongs.

This is urgent.
