APL 4 Awards

Hey -

I'm not going to have time to set up the awards for this year. If anyone wants to do that I'd appreciate it greatly. Before you do - post here saying that you'd like to so we can make sure people are cool with whoever sets them up.

You HAVE to have participated in APL to make the awards. Please don't try to if you were not in the playoffs.

I will do it but I would like to know how redshift did his or a good way to setup a survey.
