Default APL5 awards data collection thread
k nerds

need one rep from each team to post up a roster with similar rules as last season - up to two planes per player and signify if a player is a runner or rookie. also signify if the team is a new entrant (i.e. first APL).

tag first, then name of team.

example:

I believe I organize this every season, I would like it if you would have asked or informed me of this. I just noticed that Mike posted about who would want to run this and i have PMed Redshift about his program I gave him 48 hours to replay and then i would begin running it. Btw: the PM sent to redshift was a little over 48 hours now and I will begin organizing it.

i mean if you really want to do it i don't really care, but without redshift's system or any coding knowledge it was going to take me a lot of work (and i don't know if you have either of those)

it seemed like the first time you did it (APL3) was a lot more hectic than what i had in mind, were you going to do something similar to that or more of a poll-type thing like red's been doing?

I say mled does it for a couple of reasons

Mled is good at this game

Its not that its the fact that i come up with the idea of APL awards and now some new guy come along after i have been playing longer and just takes what i have been doing for 3 APLs already.

If you are on a mac, you can go on the web page that redshift made and go to view---> view source and then the code pops out.

besides the fact that it would be stealing redshift's work, using viewsource actually only gives you the code (if you can even call it that) that displays the winners, and none of the code that was used to create the voting mechanism and so on. that stuff is written in php which is hidden.

Whoever's the first to take the initiative is the one who is going to organize it. They don't need your permission.

Noone saw: all matches, all games, all teams, all players.
This all thing is, meaningless yet, entertaining. So, in order to make it close to accurate, why not make it restricted to the final?
