Congratulations to BBQ! I don't know the details yet (hope to watch the recordings!)... but great finish for a relatively new clan. Powerhouse lineup you got there.

so were the games actually recorded? because i think i heard about a dual commentary by rojo and dougie.

Yea, Dem recorded them and added commentary as well. I think it ended up being some 50-60 minutes of record time, and he needs to cut and upload. Its probably not nearly as good as tyr's- but it was fun!

There were also guest appearances by the most versatile player in the game, Mr. Mikesol, and hurri!

Mad props btw BBQ. Epic wins. You've guys improved as a team drastically from WABL, and you were good then too.

I have everything recorded, I just need to split it up in 15 minute parts. Will do tomorrow, then go for the painfully slow upload.

Nice dem and others! I am really curious to see the recordings and listen to the commentary. I heard that mssv also made some.

If they do it be cool if they did it with like a council of clan representatives picking them after discussion and not a vote so we could get some accuracy instead of having a popularity contest.

Dougie had an interesting idea for WABL that never got implemented.

Essentially every team would be able to submit their best planes of the league/playoffs, but would only be able to vote for other teams players and not their own which would eliminate biases towards voting for ones own team.

But that doesn't eliminate individual bias. The way I would like to do it is every team has a set number of representatives who then have a dialogue with the other representatives followed by a vote for each respective category. Would be pretty easy with an IRC channel.

Thanks for the help, I found how to edit it and made 5 10 minute parts. I started uploading the first one and but the iMovie uploader quit on me after like 1h30 of working on the video._. So I got pissed and had to go.

Also I'm going abroad for a month tomorrow so I'm afraid you'll have to wait until I come back to see the videos =/
