Game join queue

Not sure if this has been suggested before...

I would like a queue system for joining empty servers.

e.g. I see an empty death match server. I queue myself up to join it, but I won't be sent there until 3 other players have also queued themselves. Then we all get moved in and enjoy a nice small game of DM instead of the 7/7 public TBD games which a lot of people only join because there are no other full servers around.

Also, queues would be nice when auto-joining a full server.
