banned?

so recently my internet provider has been shutting my internet offline because they are having some technical issues and i get banned for this :



really dont understand this ban when my internet shuts off during a game
the score is 4-5 we are playing the map snow (i havent specced the whole game) after we score again i get disconnected and i look into why and my internet was shut off
my internet provider has fixed the problem now, but im still wondering why i was banned for 'spectating half a game' when i get dc'd one time

If you leave and don't come back there is no way of proving that you didn't just randomly decide to leave.

Fact of the matter is that you then basically ruined whatever was left of that game by leaving, whether it was intentional or not. Bans are there to stop people ruining games, not to maintain some complex ethics system of whether or not that particular leave was bannable.

First off you did not return I was there, second off you did not leave the game due to ping kick or connection lost, you sat in spectate for 4 or so minutes, then left the game without either of those issues.

Don't know what happened here, but you can't know that. If your internet has 1 big spike or it just breaks, it doesn't always say connection lost or ping kick, it sometimes just says he left the game. I've seen and had that myself several times

True, but that does not explain the random speccing before the lost of connection (the major reason for the ban as from said screenshot). Either way he broke a rule, since he knew he had internet problems he should not have played.

I don't know if this is the right place to talk about this but I've been banned by a guy from the team "BALL" it's long enough so I don't really know the reason but I'd like to play again in ladder so it'd be cool an admin come here! or we can talk about it (sorry for my english)
