Strogg are you still having an issue? If so please email your log files to support@nimblygames.com

You can find the log files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\altitude\log

Thanks,
Karl

It looks like your network card may be responsible, please try this:

Windows Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Network adapters -> right click your ethernet card and select Properties
[nForce 4 chipset] Under the "Advanced" tab, find "Checksum Offload" and change it to Disabled.
[other ethernet cards] Under the "Advanced" tab, find "Transmit Buffers" and change the value to 512.

I tried to play in the browser Altitude version and found the reason of a problem of connection to the server.
The problem is that my account doesn't exist. I could register it on 4 mail boxes: strogg99@bk.ru; superstrogg@qip.ru; strekazoid@bk.ru; qip.rogerthat@qip.ru. In the Altitude browser-version I tried to recover account data by means of an e-mail, but all 4 attempts were unsuccessful: It was clarified that on such mailboxes it wasn't registered any account.

Most likely, my account was deleted.

When you had your old account, did you connect via the Steam or standalone or browser version of Altitude? Can you think of any nicknames you might have used on that account? When is the last time you successfully played (2 months ago, 2 years ago)?

Playing from an old account I was connected through Steam the Altitude version. On this account I used nicknames: Strekazoid, Ikran[RUS], Splicer[RUS], Awesome Na'Vi, =Strogg =. The last time to me managed to be played approximately about a month ago (I don't remember when it is exact).

If you previously accessed your account via Steam you will need to launch Altitude via Steam to access that account -- the login/authentication is done by Steam's servers.

I made everything as you told, but the problem didn't manage to be solved:
