Default Altitude won't run.

Hi, i've had the game for ages with no problems really, only currently i can't get the game to start. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but with no avail.

I just see that the first altitude graphic comes up then either nothing or i get a black screen in windowed mode.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hope someone can help, thanks.

Im using a OSX 10.6.8

Have you tried rebooting your computer?

Have you recently installed security/antivirus/firewall software, or updated any drivers, especially graphics drivers?

If you email everything in your log directory (/Applications/Altitude/log) to support@nimblygames.com I will take a look.

Pretty sure i haven't downloaded anything new recently, there is a java update which i haven't yet downloaded - could that be it?

Anyway i'll try that and if its unfruitful i'll send over log details.

Thankyou.

Edit: Updated Java, no change. Logs sent to support@nimblygames.com

Please try this:
1) Cmd-Alt-Esc (or whatever to bring up the Force Quit Applications window) --> manually kill any running altitude processes
2) Attempt to launch Altitude
3) Mail those logs again

Did you try opening the task manager and killing Altitude again?
