Hello to any one who is reading this. My (In game) name is bot 1998 and I got the idea for such a name from when I was younger, and was playing a game called Warzone 2100 (The open-source, macintosh version). I played against a computer, a "bot", and as a practical joke, I used that nickname. Many people were surprised when a "bot" started talking to them. I liked the name, and since I could not think up of something better, I kept it. I live in California right now, but I am half-German, and have lived there and vacationed there several times. I prefer playing the biplane, most notably the recoilless, but I try out the explodet every once in a while. Right now, I have a position in (5), which I cannot say for sure, but I think it is the largest "casual" clan out there. My position is secretary, which I enjoy. However, I have a very busy schedule, so I am not on all the time. However, when I am on, you can usually find me playing a public server, or some other server that is similar to that. I hope to see you in altitude!

Why hello there. I'm Zakk Scar (not my real name). I've been playing the game since I was browsing TotalBiscuit's WTF is... series and saw this game and downloaded the demo on Steam, about 4 days ago.

I am going to buy it, but I'm waiting to hear a response from someone who might give me a 50% off coupon leftover from the Steam Sale last month.

I mainly play Loopy (inb4 rage), but dabble in a bit of Bomber. I primarily play on Ball or TDM.

I have a lot of experience with forums (I've been an active and well respected member of one for nearly 3 years, currently a moderator there), and I hope to get involved and at the least respected in this community as well.

Hello, I'm Zakk Scar (not my real name). I've been playing Altitude for 4 days now after seeing it in a WTF is... video by TotalBiscuit. I've been playing the demo, but just recently (2 hours ago as of this post) purchased the full game.

I mainly play DF Loopy, but dabble in Bomber when needed. I primarily play on Ball gamemodes, but I like TDM more (harder to find low ping TDMs).

I do have a lot of experience with forums, I have been an active member, and a moderator, of one specific forum for nearly 3 years now. I hope I can be at the least as respected as some of the big names here (which I am still learning, gimme a few days).

Been a moderator there for a bit over a year now, and it'll be 3 years since registering in March. Kind of like these forums, a small-ish community, and pretty much everyone knows each other.

Hey guys, passing by to throw a word at forums too. Started Altitude around the end of 2010, but must have played about 6 months total.

I'm mainly a ball player, love the teamwork involved in it. Most of the time as biplane or loopy, and generally playing at Dojo or F-117's. Practicing so who knows someday I'll be able to play in a great team!

Hey yall. My name is MagDuck (also MagneticDuck). I got the name because I like Zen Magnets (maybe even more then I like Altitude) and I'M A DUCK as far as you know.

I play DF loopy (sometimes flexi with single fire if I want to humiliate ;D) and bomber (usually supressor, and sometimes I use rev!). I also love biplanes, my fav being the recoiless, and I'm still learning the sniplane. As far as I see it the sniplane is a great way to humiliate loopies if they aren't very good... I haven't gotten very far yet.

I am now good at the sniplane; my aim is improving (I use keyboard not mouse) and I've already had a few beagle moments and epic bomb runs. Sniplanes are addictive, but I have to keep my bomba and loopeh skills up too. BTW I haven't really done much randa or whale playing yet though I think I understand their role in the game.

I'm a sucker for good strategy and sometimes yell at people about general strategy, especially in ball. "This is not FFA!!" is my fav line. (Try not to ruin the game though and am usually quiet.) I love football too, and am known for a little trick; I dribble the ball off the top of the map throgh defs and often end up making a single handed goal. It's a bit of a dirty trick, but no one expects it and often leaves a weak spot in their def. Made countless goals like that.

I TALK TOO MUCH (thanks to my epic typing speed) and here are some of my favorite lines:

"ROAR! the duck is mad!!!!"
"DEF! OMG DEF THE FRICKING BASE / GOAL"
"Yum loopies" (When I'm playing recoiless.
"WEEEEEEEEEEEE ouchie f****** rock WEEEEEEEE" (When flying anything with rev.)

I'm not that bad... have a >1 ratio in most games against reasonable opponents. I have lvl 60 ace 1 and am staying there for some time. Have about 80 hours as of now. I love tbd and ball, and hate 1 life games. In ball I ALWAYS use the loopeh. Usually at the offense but sometimes I have to def because MY TEAM CAN'T DEFEND THE GOAL ROAR. :P

You'll never find me using the word "noob" because it's my philisophy that if an opponent is better then me I learn from him and if an opponent is a "noob" I kill him. Simple as that.

Oh, yeah, I'm already in two clans (FA and GROSS) and my name is already really long. In fact nobody can read the FA part. grumble

BTW yes "roar" is the sound mad ducks make.

Hi all. My name in-game is xyao, but my real name is Leo.
I never really knew new why i got such a weird Asian-sounding name.
I live in Melbourne Australia ( i hate getting being raged
at for my lag) and have been playing since 2010.

I have about 315 or so hours and 760,000 experience.
I used to play double fire, but since i have aced up
(currently ace 5) i have been an all rounder. I have never
been in a good clan and the reason being is because i am really
interested but i dont play as much as I would like to.

There's a reason Biplane: Recoil bombing( that's how i call it) and everytime I run a bomb, it's an 70% chance hit. (Of course, sometimes it's a complete fail 0%)

Yawn, I do talk a lot in game, but when it's time to concentrate, ill go silent.

Hey all, I am Rayne. I am very new to this game and have clocked a little over 13 hours of gameplay. And needless to say I am pretty much hooked to this game.

I found Altitude when I was going through the recommended games at www.java-gaming.org and although I didn't expect much first, but the next few hours had my mind blown.

Right now my favourite plane is the Biplane (Dogfighter), and the Bomber (Suppressor... Currently it is the only plane where I have a k/d ration greater than 1 !YaY!), but I also hope to get good at the Trickster Miranda.

I go by the name of Rayne in-game and usually hangout at the pubs, where I crash into walls and make the occasional kill. My favourite modes are TBD and 1DM. I hope to get better at the game and kick some ass.

P.S. I am also a wannabe programmer and I am really interested in making a few maps for the community. Hope to meet you all. Thank you.
