New server changes not working

So after I got this all to work fine it has since stopped with the updates. My ports are forwarded, properly, have been. UPnP is enabled. Turned fire wall on/off/alt was alrdy added with correct ports but re did it to be safe. Enabled and disabled UPnP several times. Restarted router, restarted computer, restarted everything. There is not a damn thing I can do that will let this run properly again, it gives me the improperly configure router/firewall prompt every time. I have done everything atleast twice, this used to work fine, and is extremely frustrating to say the least. I don't know how the hell this is going to work for someone who has little to no idea what they are doing, I thought it was supposed to be easier now. I mean I have been messing with these things for months and I am at a dead end with nothing I can think to do, endless problems. Well, how do I fix this one?

Have you tried just clicking ignore? All we did in the last patch was add additional detection and warnings for potential problems -- perhaps the new warning is a bit overzealous.
