I had the same problem man so i took a snapshot. Nothing happened so far. Only a few keyboard options but that got fixed by time itself.

PS. What is the max people in a room possible? Do you know tec?

I think its set to 50 atm, but the most that have been on at any one time is like 20. I can always bump it up if need be.

Just go to the Mumble site on Sourceforge and follow the links to their 10.4 versions, then download the latest one. That's what I did on my 10.4.11 Mac, and it works just fine

Simple solution:

This is because you are using a differnet computer thatn the one you used the first time. Say your name on computer 1 (the one you first used) was X_denied........then, to use Mumble on a different computer (the one your trying now) you must make your name denidenix or anything different.

I was using York......and on another computer I must your YorKshire

When you register on the server, your client associates the certificate you have set with the name on the server, so if you don't have the same certificate it will tell you 'wrong password' (that error is kind of a misnomer from back before mumble had certificates and actually used passwords). That shouldn't happen on the same computer you originally registered it on, but who knows. If you move between multiple computers, you can manage your certificates through the client and export/transfer them between the computers.

hey tec i cant get on mumble it says a referal was returned from the server and i cant fix it so would u be able to make a server on mumble backwards compatible? that one works for me

Happens in every business. You make something free that provides add-on service that wasn't expected (in this case, ladder & mumble) and people get used to having it. Then the service goes down and people demand an immediate fix. The free (free, folks) mumble server is awesome, but anyone can set up their own server while this one is down.

So wait a minute, there was a "purge" of mumble, but there are still channels in the "ALTITUDE Community Mumble Server" for LoL and SC2? There are people in the "ALTITUDE Community Mumble Server" who don't know what Altitude is, don't care, and are therefore not members of the Altitude Community. Why do they get to keep their channels and, I presume, their channel-making privileges?
