I was there and I have no recollection of him doing this.

As far as I know - if people are acting up that should be reported and not acted upon. If the other admins disagree or know something I don't I'm perfectly fine with them overturning the ban

well this is lawls: I was having me some fun in ladder typing as a spectator and blabla annoying and no one said to stop. Then mid game Elixer says sky spec chat, i then answered with nothing. I left the server, I came back like 8 minutes later and said nothing. Was spec chatting with tmic and sounding very strange to be honest. Then as the final bomb was going I said "unplugs nips internet" (because he was with the final run). Then boom base gets destroyed and everyone including me says gg. I get banned for "Not spec chatting after being asked to." Now I have witnesses idk why I was banned and everyone in ladder saw the ban and pm'd me why the ban? or how come u got banned? or what didu do? or wtf happened? so i can take a day ban but i don't appreciate it one bit.

He is just terrible, he did not throw the game purposely. You and balln just keep making up new accusations. Also my vote is irrelevant why on earth would that be your first point I just hit any button to get that **** off my screen.

U got a point i said a few things true but people do it all the time, and i said n1 and gg the only other one mexican was a joke. I see your point, the point where i said mleds just afk im pretty sure game was over and if elixer wouldve won i think maybe i wouldnt have gotten this ban, cause some of his teamates screwed up alittle. so i think some rage was involved but its ok i just wanted to get it out there not to get it taken away.

Eli banned me after raging at me. I was trying, I just didn't want to admit it because it would make me look even worse than I was. So I was ambigious and quit to go get a pizza.

I'd like to appeal this on the basis that Eli's an elitist jerkoff who just makes the game less fun for others. He raged at XX1 too. It's just uncalled for IMO.

i'd like to request that admins identify themselves before making any bans or kicks from now on so that people know who to direct their complaints towards.

Sorry bud, but that actually was ssd. While lix does tend to thumb his nose at those he perceives to be plebeians, your arguments here are misdirected because elixir isn't an admin. Please shoot ssd a PM to discuss the matter, and if you feel like he isn't handling the situation correctly or fast enough, you can send one to ryebone as well and he can mediate.

I would like to request a ban on elixir (as Maimer here) for playing custom random today in ladder.

While the issue could and should be left at that, there's a touchy part : Mikesol (as Beagle here) and Ryebone were both present on the server at that moment but refused to take action. Their reasoning being that elixir didn't played random because his custom random only consisted of one single plane.
Here is what I don't understand : how should I, or his teammates or anyone, know what he is or isn't randoming? How can you determine if he is playing one single plane, without paying a disproportionate amount of attention to his perks?
The reason why random was banned is because your teammates shouldn't have to worry that you're messing up with team composition. And if someone has to spend several seconds at each of your spawn to check if your random isn't so random, then you are still hurting your team.
In the end, it doesn't matter if someone is randoming one, 2 or 5 planes; the number of planes is irrelevant because the impact on his whole team is the same.

As a side note : The behavior of admins refusing to apply the rules is disconcerting. Especially when those rules have already been openly discussed and are stated clearly enough to leave little room for interpretation.

The custom random rule needs to be modified there is tactical use in custom random, for example to throw off my opponents you could fill your planes with randa/loopy setups to try and gain a small advantage bomb running.
