I know I left an active clan for this awsome clan for a reason,to have more fun here and somehow its not happening.. The leaders gotta be more active and organize more scrims against RANDOMS or against other teams.

:/ real life makes things difficult, but I'm not sure why you guys are complaining about not getting scrims considering Threev just tried to get a scrim going and it didn't happen because of poor availability.
Feel free to post all of the times when you're free and maybe we can try and find a suitable time for everyone. Or you could go out and get some scrim possibilities for yourself. @Cookie, I don't think you have a right to get upset about not scrimming when you literally just posted you're not available that often. @Ajuk, would you kindly head back to the BBQ thread. @SL, sorry it had to end this way. You're a good internet friend and I wish you luck in FC.

And as for my availability, I can't do any scrims Tuesday and Thursday due to work. On Wednesday I'm done with class at 8:15 EST, so pretty late. On Friday I'm done with class at 3:20 EST so Friday would probably work best (for me).

First off, I am sad to see you go selfish and to such a well respected team in FC. I am sure you will improve their team.
Second of all I am also in the category of being uber busy with school. I am taking freaking 13 hrs of PhD level courses...my school decided it would be cool to make me suffer the first year and let me just work the last 4 years on my research, so besides the weekends and some random breaks do not expect me to be around. However, with everyone seeming to have very spastic schedules the weekends are pretty much the only time we can organize things. So my suggestion is to just pick a time friday or saturday (maybe between 8-10pm GMT) and meet up and if someone can organize a team to play against great otherwise just scrim against randoms. I do think we need to try to play some I cant remember the last time we scrimmed and partly it is my fault, but we leaders are all busy with real life...so in the end it pretty much leaves us two choices get some help with scheduling from our members or have our members complain to us about not doing anything. It is pretty clear that most of us are busy, but if someone could just do us a favor and ask a team and than just post than one of us leaders can try to do some organization related tasks. Because to be completely honest you will almost never see me on a weekday.

Good luck Selfish. You were a good teammate and I have no doubt you'll be a key contributor to FC. It may or may not be my fault, but my apologies for whatever reasons that AH has become boring to you. I'll take this opportunity to tell the rest of the clan that if at any point something is bothering you about the clan, please let us know so we can look at the issue. AH should first and foremost be a place for our members to enjoy playing Altitude at a higher level than a public server.
As to address the scrim complaints, I guess I'm a bit confused. We have several people back to attending classes and several people in different time zones, sometimes spread out as far as 5 hours. The difficult in arranging scrims is frustrating, but really it should be expected. Summer's over, now people don't have as much time and we have to realize communication has to be solid or else nothing is going to improve. I'm trying the best I can to work something out with BBQ or DB or pretty much anybody, but if we can't find an open slot of time where we have 6 players there isn't much point. I understand the complaints as I am also eager to get back to working as a team. I need you guys to be understanding as well, because the few times I have tried to find enough haven't been successful. If you guys are frustrated, imagine it from my perspective as one of the team leaders who wants to push this team forward. Heck, I've had a new offense in the planning for months now that I've wanted us to try to experiment with in order for us to try to gain a competitive edge. A combination of scheduling conflicts, communication and difficulty judging how committed we are to becoming a force in ball has kept this on the drawing board. I approach clan matches with the same attitude I approached my high school basketball games and I have a feeling some of us aren't that intense, which is perfectly fine. But until I get a feel what the goals are for AH this year DN and I are a bit stuck. The only way I believe we can do this is for people to send me their available times each week, then for me to review them and try to find a gap where we have enough people to scrim. Long message, but I think we were due for one to snap us out of spamming the thread. Temporarily of course.

Just wanted to remind everybody that if you plan on playing in said scrim, we want to have you in the Mumble server, preferably at least 10 minutes before the scrim to organize. We play at a much higher level when we communicate.
