Gnome Bar Doesn't Disappear on Fullscreen

I'm using Archlinux x64 - sorted the required bin32 stuff, but when I go fullscreen, the gnome bar just sits there. Is there an easy fix?

Also, is there a way to get it working with pulseaudio?
