Ways to stop vote kicks for no reason

Today, I go online and want to play a game of ball. The only server that is available is Ball Bouncy #1. So I go in, join a team, am selecting a plane setup, and for some reason I get vote kicked. So I go back in 2 minutes later, and without even saying anything, I get voted on again. It's good that it fails, because I have a chance to ask why. The dude says my name is bad, it's BeerPong!, that violates no terms of use. Anyways, the point of this rant is to try to reduce random undeserved kicks

I propose a new idea, along with bringing up an old one.

The fact that it's so easy to just press 1 is laughable and needs to be changed so that people actually vote for something and don't just press a button.

2nd, I think that people should not be able to be kicked before writing anything in the chat box. Before someone writes something there is no basis for kicks.

I was there, so I understand that it was a completely unfair kick. Nevertheless, you're gonna find that kind of thing more often on Bouncy servers where the masses congregate.

The idea of changing the vote system (bringing back the requirement of a reason, altering the numbers for the choices, etc.) has been discussed recently, but there was no decision made about how to fix it. So for now we're stuck with using the vote/kick system as best as we can.

That means that if someone is abusing voting, you can find another server, try to votekick that person, or ask an admin (at the time or later via PM) to ban the person from that server.

yea random vote kicks suck. but i usually get kicked for a reason

im not so sure about the chat box part. vote kicking someone for continuose team changing sounds alright to me.

but +1 for the switching of the numbers sometimes.

I like the idea that the person has to write something before getting kicked.
