Other information: If there is a team that only plays Ball on map Football, that would be awesome. But any ball team would be good. I love ball and i'm a great defensive player on map Football. I am currently first prestige level 60 and dont plan to prestige any further. Please, only ball clans contact me. I'm not too good at TBD and TDM (but i can kill tho). My preferred setup for playing defense with bomber is Flak, Repair, and Reverse. For offense, i just switch reverse with ultracapacitor.

I believe F - 16 would be the best match for you. Be aware though that to be part of competitive altitude, you will need to play other maps, and probably try other perk set-ups (generally reverse thrust is almost never used with bomber or at all). If you want to get more experience on mid - level servers go on: Official servers, ball dojo, AIR server or {arr} server. The latter two are run by ball clans and tend to have a high standard of play for a pub.

I'm just trying to give you some friendly advice. Unless you are insanely good, which as you only play football, seems unlikely, RT is not an effective perk set-up. If you won't take my word for it I am sure other, longer standing, members of the community would back me up. Befriend people in game who are in clans and ask them what their clan is looking for, I'm willing to bet it won't be an RT bomber.

Yes, while i do heed your advice, i will exercise my 1st amendment right to say that i disagree on the grounds that i have been using RT long enough to know the ins and outs of it, so to speak. And also, while the bomber might not be the best plane in altitude, nor do i choose the most likely of perk setups, i have faith that i can attribute greatly to a ball team (on map football or any other map). Because things DO work, you just have to be willing to put in the time and effort to make them work, which by now, i can say i have.
With all of that said, though i prefer one type of map, i can play on any map really. As of now, I'm only interested in joining up because playing pubs can redundant after a while.

(Also while I'm at it, might I add that i never actually stated that I only play on map Football.)

To get into a half decent team you need to have played a fair few ladder games so you are used to the level of play. There are exceptions, but this is a general rule. The discipline in ladder is very different to pubs (e.g. leaving midgame is an instant ban), so make sure you a) read the rules before joining and b) watch at least 3 games in spectate mode before you join.

We do not hate it, and it is not a "bad" perk, otherwise it wouldn't be in the game. The problem with Rev is that it cannot be easily used in competitive play (which is what you are trying to get into) and is mainly a "fun" perk to use in pubs. A few people have mastered Rev and can use it efficiently, but it is still no match to the other Blue perks that give you more energy or a quicker recharge. Also Rev's primary purpose is to get out of trouble quickly; in competitive play, you have to push with the team towards the enemy goal or base and not fly backwards leaving your teammates in trouble.

I do like the biplane, but CCN suggested that I focus on at most 2 planes to start with and that made a lot of sense to me. So, I've been playing almost exclusively Bomber and Loopy.
