Filter not working?

Hey there!

I've been having this problem ever since I bought Altitude off steam during the 50% sale.

Anyways, I've got the server browser window open, and the filter is set to:
'Ping <= 100, Has players, No secret code, Official maps, Level'
and yet, there are servers with 400+ ping, empty servers and custom maps. Anyone know why it's messing up and how to fix it?
