I also noticed that when you type "altitude" into Google, the game's website is the fourth result displayed!

When I first joined you had to have "Altitude Game" for it to even show up.

It's the first google result for "Altitude" for me. Apparently there are some regional differences with google... I've had this come up before where google bombs don't work on me as expected for instance.

anyway, pretty awesome to see it above the wiki article for the concept of altitude.

Out of interest, whatever happened to the map contest plan? Seemed like a good idea to me.

well there's been awesome support so far (for the last 1.5 years), which is better than nearly every other game out there. I'm sure they'll move on eventually, but it's been pretty damn solid so far.
