cant see my server

i need help!
i put up a server called =H&S official maps server and forwarded the ports and everything. it says everything is going ok except i cant see my server. Anybody know what to do?

Is this a windows or linux host? No errors when watch the server_launcher output?

On windows if you do "netstat -anp udp" do you see your server port listed Optionally "netstat -an | grep portnumber" on linux.
