To the first point, heavy cannon is one of those plane like TA and trickster that is massively average when not in the hands of a skilled player, and can often appear overpowered in the hands of a great player.

There have been many noble attempts, mostly by FRO, to use all HC setups in matches. FRO loses a lot.

Yeah, better buff HC because FRO can't place it.

I think he's trying to say if you don't shoot, it's not overpowered, so it's like an Eastern European way of saying HC is overpowered

Well you see Europe is a continent sitting on top of africa and west of asia. Now, this is the troubling part: Eastern Europe. This is actually saying that we're now only talking about the East part of Europe (or the right side).

I didn't mean Eastern Europeans are all idiots, I just meant it sounded like the grammar and sentence construction that an Eastern European person who was not fluent in English would be responsible for
