Purchase key won't work

Just purchased the game and my pass doesn't work. I can't copy/paste it as the game doesn't allow command+v and if i type it in in toggled screen still doesn't let me through. Any idea?

Did you purchase the standalone version of the game from http://altitudegame.com ? Are you entering the code on the dialog launched from Get Full Game? If you're still experiencing issues please email support@nimblygames.com with your account email and we'll sort it out.
