2.) Post whether you will or won't be able to attend matches at least 2-3 days in advance of the match.
3.) Get mumble running on your computer for in-game communication.

I love how everyone and their mother seems to have some sort of utter hatred for fLb lol. Anyway gl with clan sammich, I'm sure you'll do good.

I don't have hatred towards fLb. Many people in fLb I really like. However, there are also a few that I would rather not associate myself with (perhaps less so than other clans but still). Furthermore, I don't wish to support the tag fLb because I don't really agree with the term "Faggy" in there.

I joined SS to be apart of a team that was fun / chillax. I thought it would be active and enjoyable. Some of the people were fun. Others were just a disappointment. Both seasons have ended with people skipping out and not being there for the team. Both seasons have ended because of no communication and no real idea of who the leader is.

I feel like we need to have the ability to choose what we want and do what we want. I want to be apart of a clan that is fun and active where we can make decisions about what happens.

If you guys wish to change your names to [||]SS or something or have a suggestion as to how we might show our gratitude for getting us all together in the first place that is fine. However, as it stands I am not sure as to a solution to this problem.

Edit: Random side note. I feel that much of the hatred directed towards fLb is the same hatred directed towards ACE. There is just a ton of smack talk and arrogance. Now I know many people and I know that there is a lot of joking. However, that's really not clear towards everyone - even the people that are being smack talked.

Vipr hasn't been active lately, and I've heard from other members that he wasn't big on being a part of a team where he wasn't going to be guaranteed a start spot if he showed for a match.

If I have the wrong impression, vipr can talk to me and/or mike about it any time he likes and we'll get something worked out.

Second, I would like to take the time to thank the one responsible for bringing our family of trusty subs to the same deli, Kuja. Although we have chosen to leave the flb deli and start our own, we are forever indept to you kuj. You did well as an overseer, and despite the number of school buses full of cute shinny eye'd 6 year olds you've blown up terminator style in your flexi-winged explo, we appreciate all you have done

So I know that there was some bad feelings between fLb (well mostly Kuja) and fLbSS and their decision to split and create team sandwich. I know that Mikesol was talking about showing the appreciation towards Kuja and the work he did to get everyone together that was on fLbSS (although do note that it was first just a team of fan boys). So there was talk of doing something like [||]SS or calling it Faggy Sandwich.

However, I think I figured out the answer to your problem. I feel that this new team stays true to the sandwich name but also pays homage to the Faggy Bears that they descend from.

I propose to change the team name to:

Team Manwich

There really is no hard feelings between fLb and team sandwich, at least as far as I'm aware. The whole point of team sandwich was to make ourselves our own identity, so making concessions just to pay homage or appreciation seems counterproductive.

It's a clever name though, haha.
