Dude tgleaf I just want to change the name is that a problem well gart888 is a problem but it is not my fault and I'm already fixing it by changing the name I just want the word ball in it is it that big of a deal maybe I'll come up less like urs tell me if u have an idea

Voting is closed.
Logos #1, 3, and 5 were designed by Nikon. I especially like #3... we may have to find a good purpose for that one. Logo #2 was designed by yours truly. Upcoming clan matches
{ICE}Vega wants to challenge {ball/*} to a match. They are a new clan with some pretty decent players (PIDIMAS just joined, and unbreakable was like a shoo fly trying to -- and sometimes succeeding to -- kill me).
We're looking at this Friday or Saturday night, probably 9:30 or 10:00pm PST (USA). Hopefully, we can do 7v7 so enough of us can play. If you want to play, please let me know. We're also waiting to hear from {KLF}classicallad about a match this Sunday. I screwed up the times because of timezones, so I'm hoping his squad can still make it in the evening, most likely 9:30pm PST. KLF wants to go 5v5, best of 7 games. Drunkguava, wiseguy, and I will be picking the team for this one from {ball} and {ball*}. We'll also need a couple of alternates in case anyone has to bail or has too high pings. We'll private message you (so make sure to turn on email notifications). I'll let you all know as soon as I know finalized days and times.

Okay, we have our first confirmed clan match. We'll warm up against the up-and-coming ball clan, {ICE}. I played with Vega today and he's a tough competitor. We've arranged a match for this Saturday, 12/19, at 9:00pm Pacific. Check your timezones... central is 11:00pm, eastern is 12:00am (midnight). Nicaragua, I don't know guava. It's gonna be 5v5... that's all they can field right now. I've already heard from several people, so if you want in, talk to me soon. This one is gonna be first-come, first-served. It's an advantage of being active on the forums. =) Starters Harmonica Nikon tgleaf wiseguy [We need one more starter who can definitely make it] Alternates (in case of high ping, etc.) drunkguava LeKai VietCampo Syphun arty Server: TBA (I'm asking Maimer to set something up for us, so we'll see). {ICE} doesn't have a server. Just show up a little (or a lot, lol) before 9pm to get ready. Edit: Maps are up to us. Vega wants football, and I think we'll add our standard faire of mayhem, darkwar, and snow. Best of 5 games. Walls will be bouncy. The server will be a problem if who? isn't up and running, but we'll just have to take over a server and fill the spots, I guess. Thanks for reminding me, WhoFly... can anyone recommend video capture software? I have a mac, but either platform might work depending on who is playing. The real issue is that you can't spectate, so someone has to run the capture while playing. My MacBook is really laggy when I do that with SnapzPro. Tortilla, OjM, and I were just playing ball with [||]Mikesol. If you don't know him, /addfriend him and check out his mad skills. Not to say he's a great baller (randa self-pass kinda ruins it for me), but his tbd squad ([||] is "Team Sandwich"... http://altitudegame.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1732) and is undoubtedly one of the most skilled clans in the game. Skilled at tbd, but still, they would wreak havoc on us in a ball match. I'm not sure we could beat them. And I haven't said that about any other clan... yet.
And Kai, he'd give you a run for your money, that's for sure. Anyway, it would be great practice, fun, and probably frustrating as ****. =) So, we have an informal, casual challenge out there for a ball match against [||]Mikesol. I'd definitely like to play Team Sandwich. I saw the APL preseason ball tourney and they're good (especially Mike with time anchor). I might be able to make the {ICE} match, not sure about the KLF one, but I'll try. It's a birthday and holiday weekend so things will be fairly busy. Server's been down because I had a five hour drive home and plans as soon as I got back, but I'll try and keep the server up this weekend, in case needed. I get better ping here, but the ISP and this modem here might drop out sometimes and it is further east so pings may be better or worse.

Tgleaf i spoke some with gorkha and have some questions.
You need any explodet or miranda baller? And am i able to join you while i'm still in IL because i like ball but none of IL| does. If i will be able to care to try me out? My possible matchtimes aren't really great. When it is 3:30 PM EST i gtg anyway so i could play a game at 3 but gtg at 3:30. On a sidenote i just read your post. I didn't mean in-game strategytalk, I was thinking along of "Tome of secret technique of {ball/*}" or something. As in, there would be lots of tricks we have seen to work well, like screenshots of places to shoot in different maps and such.
EDIT: oh, and wolfie, AFAIK we have two explodet on ball and not many good mirandas either, so it could help. Dunno about multijoining, but someone has done that before. Last edited by OjM; 12-18-2009 at 11:11 PM.
