Default Patch: Nov 29th, new map editor feature + bug fixes

Map makers should check out the new "Import Large PNG" option -- should be a major time saver!

Otherwise mostly just an infrastructure upgrade ahead of the upcoming Steam/Direct2Drive/GamersGate launch

added tbd_heights -- beautiful new map by pig_bomb

added editor function "Map -> Import Large PNG": design your map in your favorite image editor, then import each major layer in a single step:
automatically generates multiple collision hulls (places collision hulls in layer 8 of current view)
automatically slices away empty pixels to minimize VRAM usage (places image slices in layer 9 of current view)

fixed a few bugs

I was just griping about having to cut up images so the hulls would draw, excellent! This is a huge step forward and I can't wait to try this out.
