I'd be okay with a 400 ping cap. It's not ideal but it should work for everyone. However, can we have a no player can have consistent spikes rule? Say a consistent fluctuation of >100?

I would actually like to see some kind of cap for spiking yes. Spiking is a lot worse than high ping. Would be nice if it was now possible to make a command to monitor pings and their changes.
