Transfering game license to the linux version

I am a Linux user and i bought the game on Steam few days ago, but now visiting the website i see there is also a Linux version of this game.
Is there a way to transfer the license of my game from Steam to the Linux version of this game, running a game natively is better than using wine which acts like an emulator.
