Default Unexpected Network Downtime - August 1st, 17:00 to 19:00 EST

Our master server's data center was having issues with their upstream provider preventing most players from connecting to Altitude for a 2 hour period. We are in contact with the data center support crew; they are currently reporting that all issues have been resolved.

They're still experiencing a few intermittent outages, but they're working on it. Sorry for the trouble.

I've worked with computers quite a bit so I may be able to offer assistance.

Did they make sure the LAN cable was plugged in?
