Oh yay, the audio swap did work! It wasn't working for a long time, I love that music that I chose It's hilarious. Beagle, did you see my friend request? You should except it and we should jam on this map together sometime.

a proper attempt at running though, no crashing and no more coming out of stall on the last corners

not sure what is more mind boggling: the actual run itself, or the dude at the end of the video getting owned by snails.

And btw, I haven't given up on changing the map background to a tarmac texture, but I've failed in every attempt I made of doing a texture that wouldn't suck when tiled.

the problem is not so much the background, more that the background is the same for the middle of the map as it is for the track

you can texture the middle of the map with a fillin of whatever as long as the track itself has a nice, simple, neutral one tone background; planepark is an excellent example of racecourse style texturing and a straight copy of that would be a great choice

of course i'm so used to para false crazyrace now that you could just make it a gray background map and i'd be happy ^^

so will we be seeing an ffa_insanityrace from the talented reverse race map creator?

Are you asking for an even harder race course? Be careful cause I will do it!

I made a new background. Not what I would call pretty, but it doesn't hurt the eyes as much as the previous one...

As long as you seperate the course background and the track background it'll be a good improvement

As for am I asking for a harder course - yes I am, I think you should make the next one an entire course of difficulty comparable to the last set of turns in crazyrace. What I mean by that level of difficulty is that when I first saw those last turns and realised I had to find a way down them without coming out of stall I went "holy **** that's going to be hard" and spent about 10 minutes ****ing around on just that part until I got it to work. an entire course like that would be awesome, and VERY educational, forces you to learn things you didnt know were possible.

WOW beagle, can you do that every time now?

You don't even have to make that much harder track, just make a lot more tracks and the same difficulty or harder.
